Our Cardiologists

Sharan Mahal, MD, FACC

I treat every patient with respect and dignity. Listen to the patient’s complaints and assist them in a comprehensive manner by treating their heart conditions, along with helping them understand the other medical ailments that they have. I try to provide a friendly and caring atmosphere in the practice, right from the first phone call they make and strive to provide excellent care in a community setting for each patient and their family.

Alpesh A Patel, MD, FACC

I believe that listening to my patients and trying to understand their social issues and personal beliefs help me provide the best healthcare possible. I explain all medical issues that need to be addressed in an easy to understand manner and give my patients the tools needed to make an informed decision. I explain the reasoning for particular recommendations, but will support and respect my patients’ decision. Above all, I am always patient, and respectful.

Asha Mahajan, MD, FACC

I strive to provide high quality, compassionate and comprehensive care to my patients and their families. I keep myself abreast of the up-to-date guidelines within cardiology to ensure my patients get the most effective treatment for their specific cardiac conditions while also tailoring care to each patient. I try to make sure my patients understand their medical conditions and reasons for choosing certain medical therapy or diagnostic tests, if needed, and make sure they are active participants in the decision making process regarding their health. In addition, I address not just the medical treatment but also lifestyle changes that greatly impact health and well-being.
